I'm Gage. I'm building Empathy Edge Advisors as the next chapter of a decade spent inside behavioral health programs, supervising clinicians, redesigning workflows, and watching what works (and what doesn't). This page exists for the people who find their way here while it's still being built.
I'm in the design phase right now. That means working out the methodology, sharpening what the engagements would look like, and talking to behavioral health leaders to make sure what I'm building actually solves what they're up against. EE isn't taking clients yet.
I wanted this page to exist for two reasons. First, so anyone who finds their way here, through a referral or a search or a conversation, has something real and honest to look at instead of a parked domain or a misleading marketing site. Second, so the people for whom this resonates can reach out, and we can start talking now rather than later.
I run a clinical practice in New Jersey. I've spent years inside the rooms where retention crises, burnout, fragile supervision systems, and stalled new services actually play out, and I've spent those same years building the systems that fix them.
Empathy Edge Advisors is the work of pulling all of that into a consulting practice that other behavioral health leaders can actually hire, without losing the clinical authenticity that made it work in the first place.
These are the four areas I'm designing the practice around. Each one comes from a recurring problem I've watched programs struggle with from the inside.
